I specifically requested a mortgage I can make biweekly payments and the half payments are immediately applied. Instead, Saunda told me this was impossible and the CD was prepared by the title company. The title company told me they only input what the mortgage company gives them. Saunda told me she cannot change this even though that was the number one reason I wanted a different mortgage. The misleading information that mortgage companies don't accept half payments is false & frustrating.
Refinancing a mortgage can be tedious especially for someone who is self-employed. Saunda's attention to detail made the process extremely smooth. She always responded promptly to any questions I had and explained the process well as we went. She worked very well with Jess who helped to process the information needed. Great job!!

Fast and pleasant response.
Communication was timely and straightforward. Everyone did everything they could to assist us in uploading documentation so that we could close on time.
Saunda was very available and responded quickly. She was polite and pleasant.
The loan portal was difficult to find and send paperwork. We didn’t get to close on time,and because of this I lost out on over $3000.00 that was supposed to come back to us but went toward fees that had supposedly risen from the start of our loan to the close.
