Saunda immediately found a refinance loan for us that we were looking for. She was very professional and honest with us. She made the whole process quick and easy for us.

Saunda was communicative and very efficient; throughout the process, she stayed on top of the materials required from me, and the timing of doc delivery and closing date. Where things got tricky was once the title company was in the picture, as it appeared that communication there was not always optimal. An issue with paperwork, resulted in a change of closing (needed new set). That said, given Covid times, the bump in the road was manageable. Very satisfied with my rate: Saunda delivered.
